We build upon clients' existing abilities to empower greater independence and confidence. We assist with employment development skills, including instruction on how to find work, obtain work, and keep a job. This includes Job Coaching, training with communication, time management, organizational skills,  life skills, practical skills as it relates to their employment goal. It is important to us to instruct clients to find and obtain a job placement that is individualized to the client's work preferences and strengths and also ensures a good employer/employee match. 

We go above and beyond with clients which results in greater client confidence, independence and successful closure through Arizona's state-funded Vocational Rehabilitation program.  

These services provide support to more specific areas that require attention for successful employment.  These areas could include bus training or  learning how to obtain eligibility for a ride program, life skills support, practical skills training , time management,  organizational skills or any other skills that are related to their employment goal set with Arizona's state-funded Vocational Rehabilitation Program.  A heavy emphasis is placed on individualizing our instruction to ensure that each client's individual needs are met to better support their independence, confidence and development that will last a lifetime.  

In our Work Adjustment Training we build upon clients' existing abilities to empower greater independence and confidence in a workplace within the community. We assist with the soft skills that are necessary for clients to learn and succeed with so that they can be ready for competitive employment. 

We go above and beyond with clients which results in greater client confidence, independence and successful closure through Arizona's state-funded Vocational Rehabilitation program.  These skills include workplace communication, being a positive member of the workplace team, critical thinking and problem solving in the workplace, task and time management, organization in the workplace,  consistent attendance, managing symptoms or effects of a disability,  appearance and hygiene in the workplace, and self-management.  We go above and beyond with clients which results in greater client confidence, independence and successful closure through Arizona's state-funded Vocational Rehabilitation program.
