As a husband and wife duo with children of our own who have various abilities and disabilities, we not only draw from our professional experience as we support clients, we also draw upon our parental experiences.

Elise has 10+ years of experience teaching students and adults of all ages with various abilities and disabilities. Her experience includes teaching High School students and adults Pre-Employment skills and teaching adults as an Empowerment Coach, Job Coach, and Job Developer. Elise has her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is ecstatic to assist with bridging the gap that exists for people with disabilities to support them with recognizing their abilities and building upon those strengths to support their goals to create the future and independence they desire. As a mother of four children with various abilities and disabilities, she has a deep passion that drives her to assist, support, and empower others in a way that she has received support and empowerment from others.

Chris has his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from ASU and has over seven years of teaching experience teaching youth and adults with various abilities and disabilities in both the High School and Corporate settings.  He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and inspires them with a contagious optimistic energy. Also, as a father of four with various abilities and disabilities, he has a deep desire to empower youth.
